Paris Design Week — Volteis by Starck

Whereas many elet­ric cars are today being put on the roads with great names from the auto-mobile indus­try, Philippe Starck, for his part, has cho­sen to asso­ciate his name with Volteis®.

“I wanted to offer an alter­na­tive. A dif­fer­ent solu­tion mak­ing it pos­si­ble to return to the min­i­mal­ist defi– nition of a vehi­cle. A really sim­ple vehi­cle that is almost child’s play, with 4 wheels, a steer­ing wheel, and elec­tric­ity. A vehi­cle to trans­port us and our belong­ings. Almost noth­ing so that we have more, more human­ity, more respect and more choice to show that we care about our envi­ron­ment.” Philippe Starck.
